well damn I didn't realize that hadn't posted yet. well two weeks ago I saw Bad Santa. that was good..I got from Nextflix: Kramer vs Kramer..it was ok..and Lost in Translation...weird but good. Once again I've had a ton of BBQ. Had to work..nothing new there. well this past 4th of July weekend, It was interesting..thanks Haydu for inviting me over for fireworks. I learned some people are moochers or dishonest and will try to take advantage of others or get others to do it. If it happens again..that will be the end of that friendship..I maybe cheap but I do believe in fair shares and not paying more because I have acces to more money. I guess they don't know there is a thing called TAXES!! It's not my fault I was born to rich parents. they aren't that poor either..private school and living in JOCO!!! Anyone can go from being poor to being rich. On a related note: I might be called a chep ass for this but I'm waiting to get my house for another year. Out of 5 choices I'm getting the 2nd most expensive one. I figured if I sell 35% of the houses and I get to help 100% of my share..so 50% of total commission..I can pay for my house in cash plus have over $18,000 left and also save over $100,000 in interest from not getting a loan. so if I had an 87,000 loan at 6% for 30 years I would pay over $187,000 all that over 30 years.
